Subject: Hamlet is enjoyed by 52 kids while going through the Royal Gorge.
Next we see two pieces of storm footage. One of a storm in Australia, and a typhoon in Japan. Nothing you havent seen before.
Footage of a reflying of a Danish plane to celebrate 50 years of flight is shown, pretty neat plane.
There are cracks in the Colleseum in Italy. Something must be done about it! (They don't say what)
Geologists then measure the earth's crust by blowing up the Alps. lol, interesting footage here.
The opening of the Dallas Dam, and how it spells the end of an idian fishing spot is explored.. well not really. They SAY the Indians' place has dissapeared, but this film offers no solutions to the indians problems. Oh well! Let's move on! lol
Fascinating footage of the Vulcan gun is then shown. Man, that thing could shoot out anything. Wonder if that technology is still used?
A family of 62 (!) is then shown living, of all places, in Cornwall, Ontario. A couple has adopted all of these No reason (except love, nowhere else for them to go etc) is offered to why these kids are here, or even why the government would not step in if, according to this, there's not that much money going in.
An Exploration, apropo of nothing, about America's first Oil Well is shown next. Sort of yawnish, as I'd really rather see something else more newsworthy instead of this dramatic production.
A great exploration of The Royal Gorge is shown next, with some magnificent scenery and some fascinating train footage snaking through the gorge. An enjoyable segment.
Finally, a trip through Hamlet's castle is offered where the tale of Hamlet 'delights children of all ages'. Sure it does! I have no doubt the kids shown, reaching about 8-10 years of age no doubt enjoy the hilarity of Hamlet. Again, this offers a 'who asked for it' retelling of some hamlet Solliquies and I would rather go for something more topical.
